Fry the bacon in a medium skillet, once cooked to desired doneness, set aside. Drain the pan of all but about 1tbsp of bacon grease
Add the butter to the pan and once melted add the chicken and cook til done- 5-8 minutes
Heat a pan on medium high
Butter the bread slices on one side. Add 2 pieces to the pan once hot, butter side down. Top one piece with chicken and cheddar and cover. Fry til cheese is melted and bread is browned, 2-3 minutes.
Remove bread from the pan, add blue cheese and bacon. Slice in half and serve
