Sweet and Savory Thai Drumsticks
Sweet and Savory Thai Drumsticks Recipe by Raymond Selzer
Servings: 8 serving
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks large
- 1 cup Chili Sauce Franks Sweet , plus more for serving
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger fresh grated
- 2 tbsps chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard spicy
- pepper
- red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all the liquid ingredients and season with pepper. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
- Put the drumsticks in a ziplock bag, add the marinade to the bag, seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the drumsticks at 400F for 35-40 mins.
- Optionally toss with vegetable oil and red pepper flakes for garnish.
- Serve with addition Franks sweet chili for dipping
