The Paste

  • 1 cup red miso paste
  • 1/3 cup chili paste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 6 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp chopped ginger
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp tahini

The Broth

  • 1 cup soy milk unsweeted
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1/3 cup miso paste

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender

The Broth

  • Combine all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, pour over cooked ramen noodles and add ingredients of choice
