- 1 small onion chopped
- 6 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp tahini
The Broth
- 1 cup soy milk unsweeted
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup miso paste

- Combine all ingredients in a blender

- Combine all the ingredients in a pot, bring to a simmer for 5 minutes, pour over cooked ramen noodles and add ingredients of choice
