It’s fun to say and eat! I put it on a 14oz NY Strip and served with grilled pineapple slices
Servings: 3 serving
Ingredients
- . 1 packed parsley fresh , chopped and firmly 1/2 cups
- 4 tbsps chopped garlic
- 2 tbsps oregano fresh leaves , chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper fresh cracked
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Put it all in a food processor and pulse til it looks good.
