Servings: 3 serving
Ingredients
- linguine
- 2 chicken breast boneless , skinless
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan grated
- 3 tbsps parsley fresh , chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tbsps garlic chopped
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Put water on to boil for linguine
- slice chicken into 1/2" strips
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add chicken, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to pan. Cook til chicken is no longer pink, then remove chicken and set aside
- Melt butter in the pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and then stir in the cheese.
- Once the cheese has fully melted, return the chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally.
- When linguine is done, strain and add to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently
